ABOUT US

Our mission is to help youth navigate the undercurrent of the modern world, paved by new realities and influences, to transform self-worth and support mental health. Thus, we build upon one’s character to bridge their potential.

Today’s youth are engulfed in a mental health crisis. Factors include social media, cyberbullying, and the ever-evolving definition of "real" transparency. The reality is, we are facing a developmental crossroad and must educate kids about their footprint and the power of words.

The world looks different now. Collective success equally depends on one’s ability to silence self-doubt while becoming impervious to digital persecution.

We prioritize direct engagement among kids. The mechanisms utilized to reach adolescents varies based upon age, geography, and prior exposure. We are intentional with our footprint and consciences of the work necessary to fully connect with today’s youth.

We solidify goals prior to allocating resources. We do so by listening to adolescents. We HEAR them, and we ensure that investments made to our foundation deliver upon our shared values, and kids’ needs. As a result of real conversations, our strategic decisions provide confidence to both supporters and those served by their ongoing generosity.

WE CONNECT TO THE REAL ISSUES.

"We, as individuals, have ignored this issue far too long. It is time to take action. We can no longer sit idly by and watch our youth become less than who they could, or should, be. If we allow these problems to continue, they will affect the future of our workforce and our nation."
